Each year, the Association of African American Museums awards the Margaret T. G. Burroughs and Charles H. Wright Fellowship to a qualified senior-level undergraduate or graduate school student who is in the field of museum studies, art, history, or education; consideration is also given to first-year museum professionals.
The Fellowship provides a stipend which allows the fellow to attend the AAAM Annual Conference; each fellow receives full registration, lodging and round-trip transportation to the annual meeting. Criteria for application to the Burroughs-Wright Fellowship are currently under revision and will appear on this page in the coming weeks.
