 AAAM welcomes applications for exhibitors and vendors to the 2011 Annual Conference, to be held at the Florida State Turnbull Conference Center in Tallahassee, Florida. Complete terms and conditions are provided on the AAAM 2011 Exhibitor/Vendor Application. BOOTH RATES Booth Rate includes:
PAYMENT A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with this application if you contract booth space by May 31. You will be invoiced the remaining amount. Payment must be received in full with the application after May 31. All balances must be received in full by June 30. ADVERTISEMENTS (For inclusion in the Conference Program) Please e-mail your digital advertisement that will be included in the Conference Program. Larger ad spaces are available at an additional cost. Please note that ads must be received by May 31 for inclusion in the 2011 Conference Program. Ads received after May 31 are not guaranteed inclusion. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / HOTEL RESERVATIONS Registration for conference sessions and special events is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Conference registration forms can be downloaded and faxed or mailed to the AAAM office. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will issued for cancellations received after June 30. Space is limited. One booth per exhibitor/vendor. Applications that are not accepted will be returned. Support the Burroughs-Wright Fellowship! Each year we ask each of our exhibitors and vendors to support the annual Burroughs-Wright Fellowship with a donation to the Silent and Live Auctions held during the conference. The Burroughs-Wright Fellows are first-year museum professionals or graduate-level students joining the museum field who receive a full conference registration, travel and lodging to the AAAM Annual Conference. Please let us know if your organization would like to participate. Exhibitors' Hall Information: The AAAM Annual Conference Exhibitors' Hall will be located in the Atrium of the Florida State Turnbulll (FSU) Conference Center. Items may be shipped directly to the FSU Conference Center; the center does not charge any delivery/handling fees. Shipments should not be sent to the Conference Center prior to Monday, August 1. If you are shipping large sized packages or pallets, please contact the FSU Conference Center in advance for special arrangements.
