Rates and Deadlines

Special rates are available for early registration: see the registration form for details. Early Bird registrations must be postmarked by August 11 to qualify. Make your reservations early, as space is limited for the pre-conference workshop and Saturday tours. AAAM membership dues for 2009 must be paid in full to qualify for member rates. Daily registrants are entitled to register for ticketed events happening on the same day only; attendees planning to register for sessions or ticketed events scheduled on different days must register for the full conference.

Registration Fee Includes:

• Program sessions
• Luncheons
• Evening receptions
• Transportation to workshop(s) and receptions
• Registration materials

Saturday tours and Pre-conference workshops are not included in the registration.
