Early Bird registrations must be postmarked by August 11 to qualify. Make your reservations early, as space is limited for the pre-conference workshop and Saturday tours. AAAM membership dues for 2008 must be paid in full to qualify for member rates. Ticketed events are only available to individuals who are registered for the overall conference. Daily registrants are entitled to register for ticketed events happening on the same day only; attendees planning to register for sessions or ticketed events scheduled on different days must register for the full conference. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations of meeting registration must be submitted in writing to the AAAM office. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference. Before August 11: 50 percent refund After August 27: NO refund AAAM is not responsible for any penalties (including airline or hotel) incurred if changes are made as a result of an event schedule change or cancellation. Tour fees are non-refundable unless AAAM cancels the tour. Fellowship Opportunities! AAAM is proud to announce the availability of the 2008 Margaret T. G. Burroughs and Charles H. Wright Fellowship (BWF). The fellowship is awarded to qualified senior-level undergraduate and graduate university students, or to a first-year museum professional. The award will cover the amount of full registration for the 2008 AAAM Annual Conference; three nights stay at the conference hotel, and round-trip transportation to Chicago. Those individuals awarded the Burroughs-Wright Fellowship will also receive a complimentary 2008-2009 AAAM membership.
